There is a clear future for the Brexit Party

I am often asked if the Brexit Party has a reason to be after Brexit? The answer is clearly YES, as it is one task to get out of the EU, but another to stay out.

A majority of Labour and Conservative MPs want to rejoin the EU,

100% of Lib Dems, SNP and Greens will beg Brussels the day they take power to let them back in. And Brussels will happily accept - they need our money and what better example to scare other potential leaver countries to think twice.

The Brexit Party is the only party that has a clear commitment to stay out of the EU and its main goal, a future political union. We need the Brexit Party in the House of Commons to guarantee a intelligent balance of powers, which remains in favour of a life outside the EU.

Protect our NHS from an EU Health Insurance

The EU is very patient, planing the biggest unification projects over decades, then suddenly citizens of sovereign nations realise they are in a culture de sac with no chance of a U-turn. This is what the EU did with European Currencies, ending in the Euro, a bad political construct but cleverly designed by bureaucrats to avoid any chance to get out of it again. Luckily the UK dodged that bullet.

The same will happen over time with the #1 expense factor: our health, care and welfare. In the mind of a EU centralist, this is one next area of unification, like defence, like finances, like foreign representation.

Remember what Jean Monet, a founding father of the EU, said in 1952:

“Europe’s nations should be guided towards the superstate without their people understanding what is happening. This can be accomplished by successive steps, each disguised as having an economic purpose, but which will eventually and irreversibly lead to federation.”

Build a better future for our Children

The EU is based on the concept of the unification of everythingflattening all national and local aspects to a European wide average.

But the best results are the sum of all individual achievements, in an environment of less centralised guidance for the many, as the EU advocates.

Let us give the power back to local and national decision makers, they know and can measure what is best for our future, for the future of our children. If this is done throughout this colourful Europe of sovereign nations, the total result will be amazing.

Better funding for our local projects

For every £1 we pay Brussels, we only get 32.5 pence back. How the other 67.5 pence (£8.9bn) are spend is out of our control. More of it should go into local projects, our farmers, the youth education and research.

Some of the money could be used to pay for participation in international projects or agencies, like the ESA (space agency) or EMA (medical agency). Participating in these should not require a EU membership, even countries like Japan, Brazil or the USA should be allowed to join.

Pick'n Mix should be concept of the future, not the drive and desire to an ever closer political union.
